This policy applies to the BetterPipe marketing website at betterpipe.ai. If you become a BetterPipe customer, your use of the product is covered by the agreement you enter into with us, which governs data handled inside the product.

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in local storage on your device; it is never sent to us.

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small set of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Resend — delivers your contact-form submission to us by email.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides content delivery and security.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BetterPipe or others.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business and record-keeping purposes, after which we delete or anonymize them.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the link below, and we will respond as required by applicable law. You can also simply choose not to submit the contact form.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. Information we collect may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
